- Blood pressure
Normal blood pressure is 120/80 mmHg where 120 is systolic (maximum) blood pressure and 80 is diastolic (minimum) blood pressure.
- Total cholesterol
Total cholesterol includes HDL (good cholesterol) and LDL (bad cholesterol). A healthy range of HDL is between 29 and 72 mg/dl. While LDL is from 60 to 130 mg/dl.
- Heart rate
In healthy adults, A normal resting heart rate ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute.Consult with your doctor if your consistently heart rate above 100 bpm (tachycardia) or below 60 bpm (bradycardia), especially if accompanied by other symptoms such as dizziness, shortness of breath or frequent fainting.
