The ear is a fragile sensory mechanism that provides vital information about the outside environment to our brain. It is one of the most important parts of our body. So, ears need to be cared for and protected from harm.
As body parts go, your ears don’t request for care too much. You need to do some particular task frequently. They don’t need to be brushed like your teeth or trimmed like your toenails. The care of your ear can de separated by some parts.
Cleaning your ears:
- Cleaning of your ears is connected with two things. One is cleaning for the outer ear for cosmetic reason, and protecting your hearing by cleaning for the inside of your ear.
- By using soap or facial caring products you can clean the outer portion of your ears.
- Although many imagine that ears need vigorous and daily cleaning. It is not good for your ears. The internal ear canal is coating with thinner and soft skin. So vigorous and daily cleaning can hamper this thinner and soft skin.
- Wax and skin can build up within the ear canal. The skin in the ear canal grows like the finger nails. If the canal is not clean, the eardrum can turn into totally blocked, can really reducing hearing and finally cause permanent damage. So it also need frequent clean.
- But for the frequent cleaning of ears never try to clean it by any hard thing such as cotton swab or cotton bar. Some people use ear wax removal drops for ear cleaning. Using cotton tipped swabs or ear wax removal drops can also damage your ears.
- Your doctor or hearing specialist should remove your excess wax. Do not try and remove ear wax with cotton swabs, hair pins, or other hard objects. You can damage your ear canal or eardrum.
- If you really want to clean your ear canal at home. Then try to take help of another person using with cotton swab and must a mirror.
- There’s an old saying that you shouldn’t put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear.
- If you have pierced ears, must clean your earrings and earlobes frequently with rubbing alcohol. Some specialty shops which perform the piercing procedures sell other cleaning solutions that are an alternative to the alcohol.
General Care:
- Your ears examined at least once every year by your physician, audiologist, or any hearing specialist.
- If you experience itching or pain in your ears, consult with your ear physician or ear specialist to determine the appropriate treatment. When you are using stereos and home theater systems to enjoying songs, avoid excessive volume. For more safety you can also use automobile sound systems at sensible volumes.
- Always wear a helmet when you driving a bike or cycles which will safe you from ear injuries.
- When the sun is beating down, wear a hat or remember to rub some sunscreen on your ears, so they don’t get fried. And when winter rolls around, keep them covered up with a hat or headband.
- Swimming can causing swelling and pain. Always dry your ears after swimming and shake out excess water, especially if you feel it stuck in there. After your swimming if you feel problem then special eardrops can help you get rid of it.
- And the most important subject is that, in the modern life we see that most of the people are passing their whole days with a cell phone in their ears or a headphone of mp3 player in their ears. It may bring huge damage for the ears and also for brain for everybody. So try to use these devices as few as possible.
Illness and Treatment:
- As an ear disease ear infection is very common, especially in young children. Reduce the risk of ear infections by treating upper respiratory infections quickly.
- A number of medications can affect hearing. So try to avoid those medications which are harmful for your ears.
- There a number of illnesses and medical conditions that can affect your hearing. So when you will fall in such condition then always take suggestion of an ear specialist, how can prevent hearing loss.
Proper ear care is important to maintaining fine overall cleanliness and preventing serious ear problems such as infections and hearing loss. So proper ear care is very important to your well being, and as you can see it doesn’t really take much time or effort to clean out your ears. Only you need take proper care of it in a regular basis.

I do not know whether you agree with my opinion or not but it is almost true that most of us (male), in our childhood, have experience to steal our moms, sisters even our girl friends face cleanser, moisturizer or shampoo. But why we stole those? The cause was that in that time there was no men skin care product. As a result, we can say we were bound to do that as we had no alternative. Actually men have got more active sebaceous glands; as a result, our skin tends easily to be oilier. Another unfortunate thing for us, due to regular shaving, ours facial skin tends to get dehydrated. So, you need different skin care product than women.
A facial appearance is very important for any person as it bears one’s individuality. So, every person try to take care properly and I think a man should more attention to his facial skin as he survives most of the time in out door. We know that physical exercise is good for health. A new research shows that physical activity may decrease the risk of colon cancer, although few U.S adults are conscious of this research.
According to study, an inactive lazy lifestyle accounts for around 14 percent of all colon cancer cases in the U.S.A. People who exercise lots regularly have a 30% to 40% lower risk of developing colon cancer. On the other hand, the analysis of study data from 1,932 American adults answered questions about colon cancer risk found, among them only 15% said they used physical exercise or activity as a way of reducing the colon cancer risk. There are several factors may add to the lack of knowledge about the link between physical exercise and colon cancer risk.
So, doctors may get it easier to advice patients about the general health fitness benefits of exercise, rather than particularly referring to reduce the risk of colon cancer, even though if a patient has a family background or other risk factors of colon cancer.
Sedentary person can get deeply benefit from starting a diffident type exercise program for example gardening or swimming or walking two to three hours per week. Moreover to get more efficient benefit you may continue running, jogging and playing tennis.

But it is also true that the heavy weight exercise is not suitable for all ages. The heavy weight exercise is not perfect for the older and fattier person. Others, sometime it may see that the gym or the fitness centers are far away from the living place. So it is really a time wasting matter for the busy person. But for these types of people it is great news that free hand exercise is the best in all types of exercise.
There is various way of free hand exercise. Walking, swimming, dancing, cycling etc all types of exercise are free hand exercise. You can do most of them in free places. For this exercise you don’t need to go any gym or fitness center. All types of free hand exercise are so much effective for all. Meditation or yoga is also good types free hand exercise. And it is noted that, all types of free hand exercise is easier than any heavy weight exercise. For example walking is really an easy way of exercise. Most of the person thinks that walking is an inferior way of exercise. But it is not right. When people walk, the whole part of the body is moving. So the fat is getting loser and the fitness level increased. So as an exercise everybody needs walk or take any other exercise everyday, at least one hour.
