According to study, an inactive lazy lifestyle accounts for around 14 percent of all colon cancer cases in the U.S.A. People who exercise lots regularly have a 30% to 40% lower risk of developing colon cancer. On the other hand, the analysis of study data from 1,932 American adults answered questions about colon cancer risk found, among them only 15% said they used physical exercise or activity as a way of reducing the colon cancer risk. There are several factors may add to the lack of knowledge about the link between physical exercise and colon cancer risk.

So, doctors may get it easier to advice patients about the general health fitness benefits of exercise, rather than particularly referring to reduce the risk of colon cancer, even though if a patient has a family background or other risk factors of colon cancer.

Sedentary person can get deeply benefit from starting a diffident type exercise program for example gardening or swimming or walking two to three hours per week. Moreover to get more efficient benefit you may continue running, jogging and playing tennis.

So the people are now getting idle. At a past time people wash cloths, clean rooms and utilities by their own hand. But now all of these types of work went to the household machine. And for this reason most of the people of recent time is getting fatty.

But it is a matter of happiness that, the young generation of today’s are really concern about there health and fitness. Now they are not only thinking about their face look but also thinking about body structure. Most of the young age’s people are now prefer to go to the gym. And they take the heavy weight exercise for their fitness.

It is really great news for all of us that most of young generations are concern about their health and now they have been already started to go to the gym or fitness center. But it is also true that the heavy weight exercise is not suitable for all ages. The heavy weight exercise is not perfect for the older and fattier person. Others, sometime it may see that the gym or the fitness centers are far away from the living place. So it is really a time wasting matter for the busy person. But for these types of people it is great news that free hand exercise is the best in all types of exercise.

There is various way of free hand exercise. Walking, swimming, dancing, cycling etc all types of exercise are free hand exercise. You can do most of them in free places. For this exercise you don’t need to go any gym or fitness center. All types of free hand exercise are so much effective for all. Meditation or yoga is also good types free hand exercise. And it is noted that, all types of free hand exercise is easier than any heavy weight exercise. For example walking is really an easy way of exercise. Most of the person thinks that walking is an inferior way of exercise. But it is not right. When people walk, the whole part of the body is moving. So the fat is getting loser and the fitness level increased. So as an exercise everybody needs walk or take any other exercise everyday, at least one hour.
