  • Wash your hand often.
  • Keep your hands away from your eyes, nose or mouth.
  • Maintain healthful habits like get enough sleep, eat well, drink fluids and exercise.

Physical exercise:

Lot of children’s are found lazy and watching TV or playing video games. Make the physical exercise interesting to your children. Campaign more PE at school and make them participate in more school games. Create the habit of after-dinner walk.
