Fever above 100°F or 37.8°C and one or more signs or symptoms including: head and body aches, cough, sore throat, chills, trouble breathing, and vomiting and/or diarrhea.
Peoples who have experienced fever of 100°F and one or more symptoms should contact their doctor immediately. Don’t forget to provide full information like about symptoms that you are experiencing, recently travel to Mexico or not, recently contact with anyone who may have influenza and things like that.
Prevention
U.S Center for Diseases Control have recommended these precautions,
- Avoid contact with people if you, or they, are sick.
- Stay at home from work, school or any other public activities while you are sick.

- Wash your hand often.
- Keep your hands away from your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Maintain healthful habits like get enough sleep, eat well, drink fluids and exercise.

The U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have authorized emergency uses of the flu drugs Tamiflu and Relenza on Monday and a diagnostic test to help get a handle on a new strain of swine flu, said the agency on Monday.
The agency mentioned in a statement that, the U.S government already declared on Sunday the swine flu is a public health emergency freed the FDA to take such action.
The FDA will now have the authority to permit public health and medical personnel to prescribe Relenza, GlaxoSmithKline’s inhaled flu drug also known as zanamivir, and Roche AG’s Tamiflu, a pill which is also known as oseltamivir, for unapproved uses.
Tamiflu have been approved for treating and preventing the in people over a year old, and now it can be used in children under 1 year. Children older than 1 year under emergency use, doctors can also change the recommended dosage. Furthermore, the FDA gave more healthcare workers authority to distribute Tamiflu and Relenza, which also includes some public health officials and volunteers.
At this moment over then 40 people have been reported sick by the new flu strain in the United States.

- Try to take your food regularly in a particular time.
- Eat those types of food which prefer your religious belief. But, try to avoid rich food.
- Take heavy food in breakfast, lunch as your taste and light food after evening as dinner.
- In night, fatty or rich food and sleep immediately after eating can be the reason of nightmare or heart attack.
- How much you will eat, it will determine the size of your stomach. As ideal, fill your stomach with one-third food, one-third with water and try to keep empty of one-third. Then your weight will be also in control.
- Much eating brings the death of your internal soul.
- Only eats when you are hungry. Try to stop your eating before fill up your stomach.
- Never think that food is the most important subject of your life. If anybody forces on you to eat when you are not hungry then avoid the offer. And also never force so much to anybody for eating.
- Don’t participate in eating competition. This ill-competition brings enormous harm for your health.
- In the routine of your daily food keep vegetables more than fish and meat. And try to eat half boil vegetables.
- At least two days in a week eat only vegetables. And eat the item of meat four days in every month.
- In the summer season eat plenty of cucumber in the morning. Do not eat this in night.
- Eat salad everyday. In your salad you can keep different types of colorful vegetables such as tomato, cucumber, carrot etc.
- For your weight losing purpose, avoid much oily food, ice-cream, chocolate, biscuit, and cake and also avoid afternoon food.
- Take at least 8 glasses or one and half liter of water daily.
- Preservative foods and fast foods increase the possibility of heart disease and stroke. So avoid those foods.
- Soft drinks decrease the energy level of your internal body and it is the reason of liver damage. So far away from it.
- Never takes cold drinks immediately after eating hot food. This is the cause of your teeth’s harm.
- As a fresh drink, take the water of green coconut. If it is not available then lemon water is also effective as an alternative.
- Never takes tea or coffee in empty stomach. And try to take these without milk.
- For getting the more effectiveness result in your body, eat fruits directly without taking of artificial food juice which are available in food shop.
- Always eat monsoon fruits. Monsoon fruits will prevent that season related diseases.
- Don’t eat those types of foods which have preservative colors, because preservative color is one of the main causes of cancer.
- For receiving the more nutritious take a spoon of pure honey everyday. It will boost your energy level. Others, for maintaining good health you also need to take a glass of milk and an egg everyday.
- Try to eat sugar free yogurt frequently.
- If is it possible then at least one day try to keep your stomach empty for some times (12-14 hours) in every week. It will help to prevent your diabetics, quick heart beat and high pressure.
