So the people are now getting idle. At a past time people wash cloths, clean rooms and utilities by their own hand. But now all of these types of work went to the household machine. And for this reason most of the people of recent time is getting fatty.

But it is a matter of happiness that, the young generation of today’s are really concern about there health and fitness. Now they are not only thinking about their face look but also thinking about body structure. Most of the young age’s people are now prefer to go to the gym. And they take the heavy weight exercise for their fitness.

It is really great news for all of us that most of young generations are concern about their health and now they have been already started to go to the gym or fitness center. But it is also true that the heavy weight exercise is not suitable for all ages. The heavy weight exercise is not perfect for the older and fattier person. Others, sometime it may see that the gym or the fitness centers are far away from the living place. So it is really a time wasting matter for the busy person. But for these types of people it is great news that free hand exercise is the best in all types of exercise.

There is various way of free hand exercise. Walking, swimming, dancing, cycling etc all types of exercise are free hand exercise. You can do most of them in free places. For this exercise you don’t need to go any gym or fitness center. All types of free hand exercise are so much effective for all. Meditation or yoga is also good types free hand exercise. And it is noted that, all types of free hand exercise is easier than any heavy weight exercise. For example walking is really an easy way of exercise. Most of the person thinks that walking is an inferior way of exercise. But it is not right. When people walk, the whole part of the body is moving. So the fat is getting loser and the fitness level increased. So as an exercise everybody needs walk or take any other exercise everyday, at least one hour.

Migraine – The Severe Pain

migraine painThe most of the people think that migraine is a type of headache marked by severe head pain. Though headache is just one of a range of symptoms to characterize migraine, which is a neurological condition. Migraine attacks normally last from 4 to 72 hours and sufferers are usually quite well between attacks. The pain may move from one side to the other side of one’s head, or one may feel it on both sides simutenously. The headaches tend to start between the ages of 10 and 40 and may run in families but diminish after age 50 and rare after 60. Migraines are three times more common in women (18%) than in men (6%). A number of women experience migraine headaches just prior to or during menstruation. These are called menstrual migraines. These may be related to hormonal changes and often do not occur or reduce the number of migraines attacks during pregnancy. At least 60 percent of women with a history of migraines have fewer such headaches during the last two trimesters of pregnancy. On the other hand, some women develop migraines for the first time during pregnancy or after menopause.

Migraine is a sporadically occurring, generally unilateral, pulsating headache of moderate to severe intensity which can be aggravated by routine physical activity. There are some other symptoms such as sleep disruption, depression, nausea & vomiting, extreme sensitivity to light (photophobia), noise (Hyperacusis), sound (phonophobia); smells (osmophobia), numbness, tingling, weakness along with in some cases, visual disturbances for example flashing lights, and blind spots in the vision as well as zigzag patterns before the eyes. These visual disorders are named ‘aura’ and occur in around 15% of migraineurs. Some symptoms may linger even after the migraine has gone away for example neck pain, increased need for sleep, feeling mentally dull such that like one’s thinking is not clear or sharp.

The cause of migraine is unidentified. Experts are not sure what is the reason of migraines. The order may outcome from a succession of reactions in the central nervous system caused by changes in the body or in the situation. It may have something to do with the blood vessels in one’s brain and scalp, causing pain. Nowadays, most of the scientists believe the attack actually begins in the brain itself, and involves different nerve pathways and chemicals in the brain.Migraines run in families, but it is unknown why some people get migraines and others do not.

A migraine attack can be triggered by stress, lack of food or infrequent meals, environmental changes, overtiredness (physical or mental), changing sleep patterns, hormonal factors, Extreme emotions, climatic conditions and some other factor. But the exact sequence of events remains imprecise.

There is no miracle for cure migraine but conventional treatment focuses on three areas such as trigger avoidance, symptomatic control, and preventive.Nowadays a various range of treatments available which can be very effective for one despite the fact that migraine is a complex condition therefore a treatment which is successful for one patient may have no effect on another. So; it is good way to bring your condition under control by prevent symptoms by avoiding or altering triggers. At the time, when you do get migraine symptoms, try to treat them right away such as rest in a quiet-darkened room, drink fluids to avoid dehydration (particularly if you have vomited),  place a cool cloth on your head. Ibuprofen, naproxen or aspirin are helpful medicine to reduce your pain. If over-the-counter medicine does not helpful, your doctor can prescribe stronger medicine based on your symptoms, history of migraines in the family, and your response to treatment. Your doctor will take a detailed history and say for medical test to make sure that your headaches are not due to tension, sinus inflammation, a more serious underlying brain disorder. If you are pregnant, or have heart diseases and high blood pressure then there are some restrictions for taking medicine.

You can prevent migraine by avoiding smoking & alcohol, taking exercise regularly, having proper sleep at night, learning how to relax & reduce stress, meditation, biofeedback, or joining a support group.
