
- If you live for eating then food will bear your death. But eat for living gives spirit in life.
- Try to take your food regularly in a particular time.
- Eat those types of food which prefer your religious belief. But, try to avoid rich food.
- Take heavy food in breakfast, lunch as your taste and light food after evening as dinner.
- In night, fatty or rich food and sleep immediately after eating can be the reason of nightmare or heart attack.
- How much you will eat, it will determine the size of your stomach. As ideal, fill your stomach with one-third food, one-third with water and try to keep empty of one-third. Then your weight will be also in control.
- Much eating brings the death of your internal soul.
- Only eats when you are hungry. Try to stop your eating before fill up your stomach.
- Never think that food is the most important subject of your life. If anybody forces on you to eat when you are not hungry then avoid the offer. And also never force so much to anybody for eating.
- Don’t participate in eating competition. This ill-competition brings enormous harm for your health.
- In the routine of your daily food keep vegetables more than fish and meat. And try to eat half boil vegetables.
- At least two days in a week eat only vegetables. And eat the item of meat four days in every month.
- In the summer season eat plenty of cucumber in the morning. Do not eat this in night.
- Eat salad everyday. In your salad you can keep different types of colorful vegetables such as tomato, cucumber, carrot etc.
- For your weight losing purpose, avoid much oily food, ice-cream, chocolate, biscuit, and cake and also avoid afternoon food.
- Take at least 8 glasses or one and half liter of water daily.
- Preservative foods and fast foods increase the possibility of heart disease and stroke. So avoid those foods.
- Soft drinks decrease the energy level of your internal body and it is the reason of liver damage. So far away from it.
- Never takes cold drinks immediately after eating hot food. This is the cause of your teeth’s harm.
- As a fresh drink, take the water of green coconut. If it is not available then lemon water is also effective as an alternative.
- Never takes tea or coffee in empty stomach. And try to take these without milk.
- For getting the more effectiveness result in your body, eat fruits directly without taking of artificial food juice which are available in food shop.
- Always eat monsoon fruits. Monsoon fruits will prevent that season related diseases.
- Don’t eat those types of foods which have preservative colors, because preservative color is one of the main causes of cancer.
- For receiving the more nutritious take a spoon of pure honey everyday. It will boost your energy level. Others, for maintaining good health you also need to take a glass of milk and an egg everyday.
- Try to eat sugar free yogurt frequently.
- If is it possible then at least one day try to keep your stomach empty for some times (12-14 hours) in every week. It will help to prevent your diabetics, quick heart beat and high pressure.
