US President Barack Obama is going to participate in a moderated discussion that would be broadcasted on ABC on 24 June. It will be a live audience discussion on health care with Obama. The discussion will be moderated by Charles Gibson and Diane Sawyer; and take place at the East Room in the White House.
Besides the interview, Wednesday morning’s “Good Morning America” can begin from the South Lawn of the White House. It will contain an exclusive dialogue from Sawyer with Barack Obama.
ABC News press release says, Obama will “answer questions from an audience made up of Americans selected by ABC News who have divergent opinions in this historic debate.” The discussion can be telecasted on a two-hour tape which delays from 10-11 p.m. Eastern.
Then ABC stations will break for regular local news. However, the talk-show on the focus of health care will go on “Nightline.”
