Vitamin A and C help to make sebum in scalp, vitamin B helps to retain hair color and vitamin E helps to improve blood circulation in the scalp. If your blood circulation is proper then baldness will not catch you.

2. Include Eggs in your Diet

Protein is vital for healthy hair and eggs are a quick and easy source of it. Cooked and ready to eat in just a few minutes, eggs are a great way to get protein, iron and zinc all in one hit.

3. Massage Your Scalp

Many studies have indicated that high levels of stress lead to hair loss. Living a stress free life will help to prevent balding. To reduce stress levels, increase your amount of regular exercise. Doing yoga is a good way to relieve stress.

6. Avoid Hair Pulling

This is because when you pull the hair, you are putting a lot of strain on the follicle and this can result in permanent damage. This will cause the follicle to no longer output new hair. So whenever possible, skip hairstyles that pull on your hair.
