However there is always the solution and steps are taken against these difficulties. And many of us people often face lot of complexity for hair removal or getting treatment to there acne by not knowing the proper step.

Hair removal:
Remedies for hair removal were shaving, waxing, plucking or chemical depictures in the past. These treatments were painful, temporary and were nightmare for everyone. However electrolysis is popular and also effective. It’s also works for long term but this method can be very painful and slow. Working hair by hair an electric current is passes through the needle and demolishes the hair root’s ability to grow. But as I said, this treatment takes very long period. For a small area for example the upper lip, it takes approximately a month or even year of regular visits. The most modern treatment is the laser treatment. As we many of us know that, laser is produced by highly concentrated of light. Only particular types of laser can produce the energy that can immobilize the ability to grow hair. Acne treatment:
Nothing is scarier than having acne on your beautiful face. The cause of acne is hormones, dirt, stress, cosmetics and things like that. However we always can’t stay away from these things and it might not always possible wash our face with the facial wash in every hour or use the messy lotion all the time. jetlagRecently, a new research has discovered a bark extract from the French maritime pine (Pinus pinaster) tree capable to help alleviate jet lag in travelers by almost 50%. The survey carried out by world-famous G. D’Annunzio University in Pescara, Italy, and for this study, a brain CT scan and a scoring system had been involved in order to find out that Pycnogenol reduced symptoms. On the other hand, the conclusion comprised symptoms those found in both healthy passengers and hypertensive patients, for example insomnia, fatigue, brain swelling, headaches, and lower leg edema, a general condition coupled with long trip by air.

The statistics included a number of travelers who getting flights with seven to nine hours period and they had been served with 50 mg of oral Pycnogenol three times per day, for seven days. And the serving had been started just two days earlier to the schedule flight.

It was a two-part research, where passengers were split into two categories such as the Pycnogenol group and the control group. And the researchers discovered an important reduction of the entire jet lag signs and symptoms by 56% in the Pycnogenol faction as compared to the unprocessed control faction. So, hopefully enough, in future Pycnogenol as a budding safe and natural way for long distance passengers may be used and long distance traveler get hassle free trip.

Green Tea May Prevent Onset of Diabetes Mellitus Type 1

teaRecently, researchers at Medical College of Georgia have said that an anti-oxidant in green tea may prevent or delay the onset of Diabetes mellitus type 1(Type 1 diabetes or T1D). This conclusion are based on a study, in which researchers tested and trialed the effect of green tea’s predominant antioxidant, EGCG, in a certain laboratory mouse with T1D and primary Sjogren’s syndrome, which damages moisture-producing glands, causing dry mouth and eyes. In the recent study, researchers considered a control group of mice with water and a test group with a purified form of EGCG dissolved in the drinking water. After 16 weeks, the EGCG-fed mice were 6.1 times more about to be diabetes-free than the water-fed group, and 4.2 times more probable at 22 weeks.

Dr. Stephen Hsu, molecular/cell biologist in the School of Dentistry said in a statement, “Our study focused on Sjogren’s syndrome, so learning that EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) also can prevent and delay insulin-dependent type 1 diabetes was a big surpriseā€. He added, in the mouse, EGCG reduced the severity and delayed onset of salivary gland damage associated with Sjogren’s syndrome, which has no known cure. He also added that both type 1 diabetes and Sjogren’s syndrome are autoimmune diseases, which cause the body to attack itself. Moreover, Sjogren’s syndrome can occur alone or secondary to another autoimmune disease, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or type 1 diabetes.

Periodontics chief resident at Fort Gordon’s Tingay Dental Clinic, Dr. Gillespie said that “The benefit of using green tea in preventing or slowing these autoimmune diseases is that it’s natural and not known to harm the body. EGCG doesn’t have the negative side-effects that can be associated with steroids or other medications that could otherwise be prescribed.”
